PUBLIC NOTICE No. 18 (RE-2007)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, DATED THE 13th JULY, 2007

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Public Notice No. 17 dated 12.7.2007 related to new DEPB rates.

The DEBP rates announced vide Public Notice No. 17 dated 12.7.2007 shall be effective from 01.04.2007.

This issues in Public interest.
